EXTRA VIRGIN ORGANIC "OTTIDORO" SARDINIA, produced and bottled by Chieddà Siniscola .On the slopes of the mountain chain Montalbo, protected area, recognized by Community Interest in the northeastern part of Sardinia, is the farm Chieddà, specializing in the cultivation of olives and the production of extra virgin olive oil.
The olives, hand-picked according to Sardinian traditions in order to get the best organoleptic characteristics, are transported to the mill of the operation up to 24 hours after harvest and cold-pressed, temperature not exceeding 27 °. (Cold Pressed). The right mix of varieties present in the olive grove (Bosana, the Round of Cagliari, the Black Gonnos and Semidana) guarantee a final product of excellent quality with a clear olive flavor balanced taste, a fruity flavor , sensations reminiscent of artichoke and a final spicy touch.
