Foie gras cooked in mid Sauterne Longpont: Whole duck foie gras, half cooked, seasoned with salt and pepper, cooked in a Sauterne juice. It can be enjoyed as a starter, served on toast and accompanied by onion confit.

Elaborated commodity terroirs of France, our mid foie gras cooked in Sauternes is made with high quality products. Longpont prepared by Sébastien Square, the recipe was honored at the agricultural show in 2010.
